Shipping Policy:

Please note:

1) Once we dispatch your order, you will be sent the tracking code via email. We are not obligated or responsible to track the parcel for you once it leaves our facility but we may do so out of courtesy. In case of any delays or holds occured after dispatch, please write an email to us so we can connect you to the shipping company.

2) Other delays may also be caused due to wrong pincode or wrong address information provided by the customer. In this case, any delivery assurances provided by our customer care agents will be voided. We make no promises of timely delivery if the correct address/pincode is not provided. Any request of returns or refunds due to any of the above reasons will be respectfully denied. The request of refund shall only be approved if the dispatch timeline increases than what is mentioned below.

3) The customer should be present at the assigned delivery address on the day of delivery. We take no responsibility if the products are received and signed by another person. In case your order has been marked ‘delivered’ and you have not recieved it, please reach out to us via email. We will redirect your email to the shipping carriers so you can solve the issue one-on-one with them.

4) All in all, Tarshari uses the services of shipping companies like Bluedart and DHL which are different entities and because of this, we have no control or knowledge over their step by step operations.

Delivery Timelines:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Countries other than India)

All international orders will be shipped through DHL.

For standard sizes, the processing time is 6-8 weeks. For custom sizes, we require a longer timeline. These timelines will be discussed upon confirming the order.

When international orders reach their destination country/region, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. 

Customers may be subject to covering custom charges. These charges will be discussed upon confirming the order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: (Within India)

All domestic orders will be shipped through Bluedart.

For standard sizes, the processing time is 6-8 weeks. For custom sizes, we require a longer timeline. These timelines will be discussed upon confirming the order. However, weather conditions and festivities may affect the delivery time.
